Seventeen-year-old Sridevi is the youngest daughter of the celebrity couple Manjula and Vijayakumar. A product of Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan School, she is now pursuing Higher Secondary education in private. She made her first screen appearance as a child artiste in several movies, 'Rickshaw Mama' being one such notable film. She learnt Bharata Natyam for eight years, initially from her mother, a trained classical dancer, and then from Indira Rajan.About her parents' involvement in her performance, Sridevi says they are her first critics; the compliments come later.
